The learning process continues.

This week in particular was bittersweet for JWM considering that after the first ever practice session the team participated in on the Lanier Speedway asphalt, they found all four lugnuts on the car loose. After all that was taken care of, the wrong gear was put on the car for the feature and that caused #23 to go 2 laps down along with fellow racer and friend Darrell Banks who also had the wrong gear. Driver's thoughts: Knowing just about every way to loose a race I think we know now how to win this one in particular; "Go lower on the gear."Now all has been said and done the team is happy because we came back without a wrecked car and now we are focusing on the car being put on show at Valvoline Express Care and the Christmas parade on December 13th.

The PEPBOYS AUTO 500 weekend was a success.

While being caught up in a crash, Silvers takes home the win with momentum to carry into Lanier this coming Thanksgiving week; If we are still in one piece after this race we are also going to put our car up on show at Valvoline Express Care here in our hometown of Calhoun GA and on december 13th the Annual downtown Calhoun Christmas parade will also feature our team. So this holiday season is busy nontheless, but I am looking forward to spending time with family and friends, because like I said, thats what I am all about.
